All Luxul Routers, Switches and Access Points purchased after January 1, 2015 are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of thirty-six (36) months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise provided by LUXUL in writing, provided the Product remains unmodified and is operated under normal and proper conditions. Warranty provisions and durations on software, integrated installed systems, Product modified or designed to meet specific Buyer specifications ("Custom Products"), re-manufactured products, and reconditioned or upgraded products, shall be as provided in the particular Product documentation in effect at the time of purchase or in the accompanying software license.
Products returned for warranty repair may be serviced or manufactured with parts, components, or sub-assemblies that originate from returned products and that have been tested as meeting applicable specifications for equivalent new material and Products.
The sole obligation of LUXUL for defective hardware Products is limited to repair or replacement (at LUXUL’s option) on a "return to service depot" basis with prior LUXUL authorization. Buyer is responsible for shipment to LUXUL and assumes all costs and risks associated with this transportation; return shipment to Buyer will be at LUXUL’s expense. Buyer shall be responsible for return shipment charges for Product returned where LUXUL determines there is no defect (“No Defect Found”), or for Product returned that LUXUL determines is not eligible for warranty repair. No charge will be made to Buyer for replacement parts for warranty repairs. LUXUL is not responsible for any damage to or loss of any software programs, data or removable data storage media, or the restoration or reinstallation of any software programs or data other than the software, if any, installed by LUXUL during manufacture of the Product.
The above warranty provisions shall not apply to any Product (i) which has been repaired, tampered with, altered or modified, except by LUXUL; (ii) in which the defects or damage to the Product result from normal wear and tear, misuse, negligence, improper storage, water or other liquids, battery leakage, use of parts or accessories not approved or supplied by LUXUL, or failure to perform operator handling and scheduled maintenance instructions supplied by LUXUL; or (iii) which has been subjected to unusual physical or electrical stress, abuse, or accident, or forces or exposure beyond normal use within the specified operational and environmental parameters set forth in the applicable Product specification; nor shall the above warranty provisions apply to any expendable or consumable items, such as batteries, supplied with the Product. These warranty provisions will not apply to any Product that is determined by LUXUL to have failed due to improper use or handling of Product. This includes connecting or disconnecting of antennas to amplifiers or other devices while connected to live power.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THE WARRANTY STATED ABOVE, MANUFACTURER MAKES NO WARRANTY CONCERNING THE COVERED PRODUCTS, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, COURSE OR DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE, ALL OF WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY WAIVED BY BUYER.

All products returned to LUXUL for warranty service must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. This number is necessary so that the factory can ensure proper tracking and handling of returned items. If you do not have an RMA number, LUXUL reserves the right to refuse receipt of returned items.
